Brady's Coffee South Central Blend 

This is a blend we love, South Central is a blend of a coffees form Guatemala & Colombia. This Guatemalan coffee is  from a communal farm, the San Miguel Pachalum is a communal farm, located in El Jicaro Village, San Jeronimo, Baja Verapaz. This is blended with a Colombian Cabana estate coffee, grown high in the Sierra Nevada Mountains  in the north of Colombia

Roast level;                Medium 

Tasting notes;           This is a great everyday coffee, the chocolaty Guatemalan is balanced out by this lovely fruity Colombian, you end up with a full flavoured coffee that is balanced with a slight fruity kick. I call this a 2 cup minimum coffee, you can not just have one coffee at a time, too delicious! 

Brady's Coffee are a small artisan coffee roastery based in Wicklow town. All coffee is roasted fresh every week.
